How to get rid of those ugly blog/?p=55 urls and have something like :
blog/the-title-of-the-post


Goto the admin panel
Goto Settings > Permalinks

Now you see a variety of options, even a custom option!

Once selected you'll have to download/overwrite the .htaccess file that comes with it. There might be a small chance that your webhost does not support htacess files ...

Ow and the very cool part ... is that WordPress redirects your visitors to the new seo friendly urls!
